Market report for week ending Feb.26, 2010

WOW !! The market this week saw a sharp increase in slaughter prices mainly due to decrease in numbers and that U.S. plants and feeders are sourcing Canadian cattle which reflects on the demand for our own plants and feeders.

The Bred Cow Sale was stronger again due to increase in slaughter prices and the fact that we have a large number of clients looking to purchase breds.

Don't forget the "Gather" next Tues, Wed, and Thursday with 2500 head daily,still room to book your calves or yearlings ..give us a call.
